Opened in 2007 in the lovely Wallingford neighborhood, Joule is the James Beard nominated restaurant of Chefs Rachel and Seif. Joule relocated to the current home on Stone Way in 2012, where we are dedicated to offering our unique take on a modern day Korean Steakhouse, showcasing our creative, yet authentic, interpretation of Korean and Asian fusion. Joule offers a cozy heated patio space and intimate dining room where all of our guests can witness the inner workings of our open kitchen while experiencing warm and genuine hospitality. CELEBRATION If you are dining with us celebrating a special occasion, you can preorder a whole cake from the
Paper Cake Shop with custom message with three days of advance notice. Please place an
order directly online and add your Joule reservation information. The cake will be presented and served at the end of the meal for your celebration!
